Late fees
Late fees are charged at $20 per day up to 5 days, at which time you will be charged the full retail price of the dress (in addition to your pre-paid rental fee).
Rental is currently only available for Calgary and Airdrie.

Pick up & delivery: When booking your rental the date you select on the calendar is your chosen delivery date. We recommend getting your order delivered at least 2 days before needed so there is time to arrange an exchange if necessary.
All deliveries require a signature. Your dress must be returned to the address provided by 12pm on the last day of your rental. Should you opt for courier pick up then your rental will be picked up by 12pm. Please note you are responsible for the dress until it has been returned.
